Satsang

Satsang is at the heart of Ashram life and consists of one half-hour of silent meditation, the chanting of Sanskrit mantras and a short talk on the philosophy and psychology of yoga.
Meals

We have two vegetarian meals daily, with many of our vegetables and herbs coming from the Ashram gardens during the summer months. Our pure drinking water comes from an artesian well on the Ashram grounds.
Karma Yoga (selfless service)

The Ashram is run by volunteers. Guests can offer their services for one hour daily to help in the upkeep of the Ashram.

To maintain the purity and spiritual purpose of the Ashram, guests are required to participate in both satsangs and yoga classes daily. We request that you maintain silence from 10pm to 8am daily. No meat, fish, eggs, garlic, onions, narcotics, alcohol or smoking are allowed at the Ashram. No cell phones are allowed. Please dress modestly. Pets are not permissible.
