What to Bring
During the summer it can be hot during the day and cooler at night. In September it can be warm in the day and chilly at night. In November and February it is cold. At the inauguration ceremony you will be given two pairs of white yoga pants and two yellow t-shirts to wear to most of the classes. In addition you will need light cotton clothing for yoga classes, comfortable easy clothing for outside excursions, indoor slipper-type shoes, walking shoes, toiletries and personal items, extra towel (one is provided), yoga mat, cushion, shawl for meditation, a waterproof jacket and sweater, pens, notebooks for note taking, alarm clock, and flashlight.
Camping – in addition to the above please bring towels, bedding, tarpaulin and tent.

Kriya Equipment
Equipment needed for the kriya training (neti pot, gauze and catheter) is not included in the course and is available for purchase at the Ashram boutique.

Reminder
To maintain the purity and spiritual purpose of the Ashram, we request that you maintain silence from 10pm to 8am daily. No meat, fish, eggs, garlic, onions, narcotics, alcohol or smoking are allowed at the Ashram. No cell phones are allowed. Please dress modestly. Pets are not allowed.
