Thai Yoga Therapy....Hands on Introduction to Thai Yoga Massage ($75 extra)
Learn how to safely and confidently give a 30 - 45 minute Thai Yoga massage.
Open to yoga teachers, students and anyone in good health.
Duration is 6 hours, Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 - 3:15pm
The course will be taught by Krishna (Albert Swiercz), long time student of Swami Vishnudevananda.

Snow-shoe expert Kevin O’Rourke will take us over pristine snow-shoe trails in the forests of the Ashram. Scheduled at the time of the full-moon, we will go on moon-lit excursions at night as well as during the day. Snow-shoes available for rental.
