Year-Round Yoga Vacation and Weekend Getaway
Recharge and revitalize with a dynamic Yoga Vacation held in the beauty of the Laurentian Mountains. Follow the daily schedule of two yoga classes, two meditation sessions and delicious vegetarian meals based on the five points of yoga. Come and experience the harmony, peace and balance that yoga brings in a setting that invigorates the body and calms the mind. Create your ideal vacation any time of year. You choose how long you stay, participating in the Ashram daily schedule and in the daily activities. Stay for a Weekend Getaway (winter months), a few days, a week or two or more or register for one of our programmes or our world-acclaimed Teachers’ Training Course. We are open 365 days a year.

Summer Yoga Vacation Activities
In addition to the Daily Schedule, ongoing Summer Yoga Vacation Activities include

Winter Weekend Getaway
During the weekends of the winter months in addition to the Daily Schedule we offer outdoor
activities including snow-shoeing, down-hill and cross country ski-ing and walking along the
beautiful trails in and around the Ashram. We also offer afternoon workshops on the philosophy
and psychology of yoga. A reduced Weekend Getaway rate is offered from October 1 to June 1.
($130 for two nights in a shared room. Excluding the Christmas holiday period). The Weekend Getaway
starts on Friday evening at 3pm and ends on Sunday at 3pm.
