Thai Yoga Massage is an ancient spiritual healing art based on Yoga and acupressure. In this dynamic system, the practitioner guides the recipient through a series of applied yoga postures while gently stimulating the body’s energy lines and pressure points. Together, these actions help to reduce muscular tension, improve blood circulation, increase flexibility and range of movement, and balance the body and mind energetically.

These courses with a total of 65 hours were created specifically for Yoga teachers and are highly recommended for massage therapists as well. After completing both levels students will have learned 2 1/2 hours of massage techniques and the skills to give a 90 minute customized Thai Yoga Massage.

The course will start at 12.00 noon on the first day and will finish at 4 pm on the last day.
