By car

• Route 15 North from Montreal to Exit 76 (Val David, Val Morin).
• Take the 117 North for 200 metres.
• Turn right to Val Morin.
• Follow the blue road signs (Camp Yoga Sivananda).

If you rent a car from Pierre Trudeau Airport (formerly Dorval), follow road signs to Mont Tremblant. This will lead you to Route 15 North. From Pierre Trudeau Airport (formerly Dorval):Take a bus to the Central Bus Terminal in Montreal and follow directions below.

By bus

Buses run at intervals to Val David/Val Morin and more regularly to Ste Adele and Ste Agathe, from the Montreal Central Bus Terminal located at Berri and de Maisonneuve Streets (Berri-UQAM metro station). Call 514 842-2281 for bus times. Then take a taxi from the bus stop to the Ashram. Taxi rides to the Ashram cost from $8 - $20.

Shuttle Service

Every Friday at 8pm the Ashram van brings guests and staff from the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre at 5178 St Lawrence Blvd, Montreal and returns on Sunday afternoon at around 3pm. Please call the Centre in advance to reserve a space. (514 279-3545). The round trip is $30
